1. Digital Products & Software
All software products, downloadable tools, licenses, and pre-built solutions are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of technical defects or delivery errors.
- If a software product is defective or not as described, clients can request a replacement or a technical fix.
- Clients should report issues within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for support or refund consideration.
- Activated licenses, completed downloads, and customized software implementations are non-refundable.
2. Web & Mobile App Services
For custom website development, mobile app projects, and other digital services:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of invoice issuance if the service has not been delivered as agreed.
- Partial refunds may be considered if work has commenced or milestones have been completed.
- Customized solutions and ongoing development work are non-refundable once the project has started; however, issues can be resolved via support.
3. Hosting, Maintenance & Cloud Services
For web hosting, server management, cloud infrastructure, or maintenance services:
- Refunds for prepaid hosting or cloud services are only available if the service is not active or has not been provisioned.
- Ongoing maintenance or performance optimization charges are non-refundable once services have been delivered.
- Any service interruptions should be reported immediately to our support team for resolution.
